HoloSift

HoloSift lets you look inside a protein structure and keep only the parts you need. Fetch any entry from the Protein Data Bank by its ID or open your own file, check the resolution and sequence, then download the protein, its co-crystallized ligand, or both. You can also open SDF, MOL2, and PDBQT files to inspect molecules and docking poses one by one.
